Students will gain a variety of skill sets for entry-level positions in the field of industrial maintenance. With numerous focus areas available, students can go into places of employment and specialize in industrial areas like electrical, fluid power, and automation if they choose, or to apply more general industrial maintenance skills to any manufacturing setting.

• Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) Maintenance Awareness Credential
• Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) Safety Credential
• Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) Quality Control Credential
• OSHA 30 General Industry Credential

*Students must pass assessments given by industry organizations to earn credentials. Some credentials may be of cost to the student.

Certificates provide the base knowledge and skills needed to be successful in the area of study, with a focus on core, technical classes only.

Degrees consist of the same focus on core, technical classes, with general education courses included. Students that pursue a degree may be able to transfer certain credits to a four-year institution upon completion.
